Children’s Mental Health in Ontario

The Huron-Perth Centre for Children and Youth is an accredited community-based children’s mental health centre. They provide assessment and treatment services for a wide range of mental health concerns for children and youth up to their 18th birthday.

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7, national support service. They offer professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English and French.

Wellness Together Canada provides tools and resources to help get Canadians back on track in response to the significant strain that COVID-19 has placed on individuals and families.
